Charles Dickens entranced audiences at home and abroad with animated readings of his works: A Christmas Carol was one of the most popular. Now it makes an ideal seasonal offering as Pip Utton, who created a great impression here as the aging Charlie Chaplin, takes on the persona of the author and breathes life into a host of familiar Dickens characters in his new one-man show.
